CHARGED WHEN TRIAL WAS CANCELLED & ACCOUNT WAS DELETED!

I am extremely angry and disappointed with your service. I canceled my trial the same day that I signed up and even deleted my account that same day, yet I was charged $400. This is a blatant violation of your own policy, as I canceled before being charged. I should have never been charged since I cancelled my trial before it 'ran out' - I literally cancelled it within a few hours of creation. I demand an immediate full refund. Sort this out immediately.
