I ordered a dress that looked good in the picture. I wear a size 6 99% of the time.The one percent is when an item is extremely well made & of high quality & then I wear a 4.
I was pretty sure this would not be the case so I ordered a 6. Couldn't even get the zipper up. Crap quality. I took the dress right off, not removing any tags and packaged it exactly the way it was & sent it right back.
I followed the return policy to the letter. I only got a portion of the purchase price refunded.
When I asked the reason for this, I got no reply. I will NEVER purchase anything from this company again!

We have been throwing out our Turkey slices packages (for years) because the Recycle Triangle symbol on the back of the package is completely covered by the back label. This means that people who only buy recyclable (my wife's new plan) won't buy your product, so you sell less.
Also, it means that people who use your product are throwing their plastic in the trash instead of recycling it, causing more pollution which will last for years and years. I suggest moving the back label up by half an inch.

I ordered my sunglasses from them and they given me a time frame for my item to be delivered. Until the estimated day of arrival there's no update or anything about shipping or when am I going t receive the item.
I called customer service and they didn't offer any help. Agent said "item is waiting for pick up, unfortunately our USPS guy hasn't come up yet." I was blown, like seriously? How big is your company for you guys not to have someone to mail the packages of your customers?
Do not, NEVER promise anything when it comes to your delivery cuz people will going to wait especially it is not a cheap item. Additional to that customer support is nowhere to be found with your concerns and complaints.
