Impossible to contact….. no phone, chat line isn’t human, email takes 1-2 days response and Facebook messenger is ignored. Delivery estimate 1-2 days so far 20days and counting! Unreliable.
Ordered on 6/1 .. everything bar one item on 2-4 days delivery.
20 days later no delivery and impossible to contact. Fitter has arrived this morning as planned and, at outset, explained to drench.
User's recommendation: Unfortunately, the materials seem to be ok ( I understand from customers who receive deliveries) but in my experience delivery shouldn’t be relied upon. The difficulty is contacting is so frustrating!
