I reserved a cabana for my daughter's birthday. I have a knee injury, and they say all are on the bottom or taken.

So I tough it out, go upstairs, and couldn't find the cabana he said. I go into another one since he said plenty were available on the second floor. Tons of stairs, no accessibility for my knee and foot injuries. While sitting in the cabana and calling customer service to express my concern about being given a number of a cabana I can't find, one of the agents comes and asks if I had a wristband.

I showed her, and she said she has to change because there's no number 6. She said, 'Yeah, there is,' and points, and I tell her it only went up to #7. The first one by the family and kiddie rides, which I have, is where she pointed. She said no, 6 is all the way over there; you have to keep walking to find it.

I told her I'm not here to play hide and seek with a cabana. I reserved a cabana and have a disability. I made it to this empty one. Then she says they're all taken.

I say how he just said there are plenty, and all I did was walk from customer service to the cabana, 5 minutes at most! Now they're all taken? Well, switch. She said, 'We can't, sorry.' 'Well, I can't get to that cabana,' I told her.

She said, 'Well, go back down and talk to customer service again.' Ugh!

I had to stay on the white seats for the remainder; I was unable to do all of that walking. I'm here for my daughter's birthday, not a date with customer service for a lack of accessibility!
