Dream trips will NOT attempt to create fake policies or procedures to escape from refunding me my 1,500.00 ! I have been battling health issues & cannot travel !!
When I told someone from customer service she asked me why didn’t I tell anyone , I didn’t know I had to tell my personal business to people I don’t know , this feels like a cult , I am not on a contract with Dream trips ! The high monthly membership fees are way to high with me battling my Heath issues however , a trip that was paid for upfront should be honored with my monies back plus it was canceled way before 45 or 50 days

I have had ur sevice for about 6 years. I have never had the time to use it.
I have tried several ti.es to cancel this account!!. This company has made it extremely hard for me to cancel! I semt emails, made phone calls. I tried to get my bank to cancel your payments!!
I angry that no matt er what i do, this company keeps charging me. I about ready to leave my bamk, JUST TO BE DO E WITH THIS COMPANY! I had jopes of travel, but it has not been possible. Life has given me many situations.

Demand refund for money paid for over a year after membership cancellation
After complaining in this platform, I suddenly got a reply from WorldVentures who had not been responding to me for over a year now. I sent emails instructing them to discontinue putting through the stop order to my bank as I had terminated my membership.since July 2021, but they continued getting money from.my account unlawfully.
The response now says I have forfeited all money paid to WorldVentures since I cancelled my membership. I demand my money for the whole year which they continued debiting my bank account when I indicated my cancellation due to the frustration I was getting by not getting any response to.my emails. The funds paid prior to July wl2021 can be forfeited, but any funds after I indicated that the stop order be discontinued should be returned to me as a matter of urgency. I demand justice and remorse as a disgrunted consumer.
I am a very dissatisfied consumer, I have never benefited from my membership with this entity.
I will use whatever forum available to get justice done and my money returned. This has been the worst experience I have had with an entity like this one.
A trail of my emails has my banking details from where they have been getting my money, hence the same bank account should be used for my refund.
