Damage to home and defective installation
- - One remodel damaged the dining room downstairs.
- - The other remodel leaks water into the bathroom floor and master, with repeated visits to fix it.
The GM contacted me and she will be coming to take a look and said we will get everything fixed. We learned this morning that the wooden piece on support rail in the 2nd bath comes right off.
It looks like it is warping and now the floor outside the tub is squeaking really bad. I will show her this when she arrives today.
2 bathroom remodels have been a nightmare. one caused damage to my dining room downstairs and the other is leaking water out into my bathroom floor. They have been out numerous times to fix neglect and there is still a damaged dining room ceiling and a master that is leaking water into the master floor.

As mentioned we had a second walk in shower put in our master bath. The installation went okay a day job as promised, however, they put in the wrong shower/hand held parts and was told they have the correct one in stock per the installer which he called office and advised them of the error.
Then we noticed the wall package order had ripples which we thought would be a gray glossy wall. It was not stated at time of purchase the walls were a ripple texture therefor being unable to stand I need at grab bar to get into/out of shower. With the texture of the walls suction cups do not stick, which I had a grab bar with mentioned suction cups that now will not work. In order not to void the guarantee they now have to install a grab bar.
All the grout in the shower has turned orange color which was explained to us on the first shower which it also happened too there was something wrong with the grout they use to it too will need replaced. We had this shower installed on June the 6th and needless to say things still waiting to be fixed. After 3 trips and excuses as to why they couldn't complete the job finally on Oct. 27th they came out and worked almost 2 hrs stating the job is completed.
I asked about the orange grout under the two shelves still there with a comment of "well it's too hard to get too and won't come out so it was left." I won't continue on my rant but not happy about the way the job was so called "completed". So while I'm paying thousands of dollars I will not be ordering from Dream Style for anything else.

I have windows doors and stucco by dreamstyle

- - Windows and doors show condensation; stucco cracks.
- - I feel cold air in winter and hot air in summer.
I have had them for about a year the windows get condensation is stucco is cracking the doors get condensation I can feel cold air coming to the windows in the winter I can feel hot air coming through in the summer and the manager says that is the way the windows work so if you want expensive low quality windows and doors and stucco you should buy dreamstyle
