Ordered a sleeveless, gray on white, appliqued dress with jacket. After many emails, I finally received a poor copy of what I ordered.
It is strapless, with maroon embroidery. The size 8 jacket fits my 7 year old granddaughter. I paid nearly $200 for something I wouldn't be caught dead in.

Nearly a month after I ordered, I checked the status of my order. It said I had no order. I tried the live chat and several times it failed to work.
Finally, through email exchanges, I was told a ticket had been created...nearly a month after I had placed my order.

They pictur a dress they are not able to produce. They hand make a reproduction which does not match what they picture to be selling.

Ordered a dress from the picture. Dress arrived and was horrible quality and nothing like picture.
Would not take dress back or give refund. they offered $10 refund on a $180 purchase. Dress is horrible quality and nothing like what was pictured. No where on the website or order page does it say you are not getting the dress pictured and the dress you will receive will be an attempted reproduction of the picture.
Several email back and forth with no resolution. They refuse to take the dress back. If it is party of what they sell then they could resell it but they say they cannot sell it. I understand why, it is horrible and nothing like the picture.
They are known as Dreamprom / idreamprom with parent company Fishinthesky. Company is a total joke.

They charged an extra $40 for shipping to guarantee the dress would arrive before my daughters dance. Day of dance, no dress.
They have not even shipped it yet! She missed the dance and was more than pissed. The company has a shady web presence. A fake phone number that does not accept calls.
Not 1 of my emails have been returned.
I wont call them a company because I don't think they actually exist other than to take innocent girls money for dresses. PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE....THEY WILL ONLY CAUSE YOU PROBLEMS AND MOST LIKELY RUIN A SPECIAL DAY.

Sister-in-law ordered a wedding dress from them and paid $210 for it. Dress came in and was a total joke!
The quality of the dress was horrible! You can really tell the fabric was of no high quality just by looking at it. She tried to contact them to return the dress and get a refund but they refused to! Instead they told her to keep the dress and they would pay her $30 back.
Unbelievable!! They do not have a contact number. Only an email address to someone who can't even speak or write fluent and correct English! Please do not order anything from them.
They misrepresent everything they say and do! Poor quality, misrepresented dresses and extremely sad customer service!

Lesson to be learned here is this: buying from a website that has "Top quality,cheap wholesale price,full Size,Free shipping ,fast and worldwide delivery,buy prom dresses at Amazonprom.com!" on their page is pretty good indicator that you're going to get screwed. Next time, search for a site that is accredited through the BBB.
