Missing shipment

I ordered two pair of Mary Janes. A black pair and a white pair. The delivery says complete but I only received the black pair. Where are the white ones or my money back please??

Want to return boots, need an address

Still waiting on a return address. Not sure why the company will not give me a return address. If there is a problem, please advise me of this problem

User's recommendation: Don't order in case you need to return the item. I sit with a pair of boots that do not fit and want to return. Not sure why I can't get an return address.
