Long story. Bottom line shoes did not fit as expected even though most normal UU sizes work fine for us. Tried to return and was told we had to pay return shipping . $39 to mail back for shoes costing $40. Just wrong!!!

Terrible Warranty Return Policies

Ordered two pairs online for my wife for Christmas. Boots arrived the first week of December.

She tried them on and neither pair fit right. Way off on US sizes. Wrote to them to return for refund. No phone number tyo call them at.

They responded telling me I had to pay return shipping costs. Went today to mail them. Two boxes. Would cost $39 each box to ship UPS or USPS.

Boots were $40 cost. Ordered 2 pairs to benefit from their "FREE SHIPPING" if order over $59.

Now Im STUCK with two *** pairs of boots and DREAM PAIRS is laughing all the way to the bank!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHISTER COMPANY!!!
