Verified Reviewer |Unsafe device-Lotus bassinet and bedtime sleeper
I put my 2.5 week old daughter in the center of device, then went to the bathroom. When I came back my daughter was on her side, her face barried into the side of the bassinet as well as the bottom being slightly tilted.
Your device is not sturdy as advertised and unsafe! Thank goodness it was nap time, had it been bedtime I may not have my daughter.

Horrible
Still haven't heard a word back from them, 1 month later
Ordered a crib, and it came extremely flawed. Chips, gouges, fading, etc.
They even said "that's a lot of flaws, not typical of our products" when I asked for a replacement.
I sent them around 40 pictures of every flaw. Their proposed solution was to send me some touch-up paint for it, where I'd have to paint over it myself, which I wasn't happy about. However I just wanted to assemble the crib so I agreed.
Weeks went by and I didn't hear a word. I emailed them 3 times and each time they said the paint I "needed" in the color I "needed" is out of stock.
I've had the crib for 4 weeks, sitting disassembled in a bedroom.
I asked them to just send me a replacement crib since the crib IS in stock, and I shouldn't have to paint it myself anyway. I didn't hear back on this email.
I've now had the crib for almost 3 months and haven't been able to use it once, still disassembled.
I emailed again a week ago and said I want a replacement. I don't want to wait on the paint and I don't want to paint it myself anyway. If I wanted to paint a crib I would have bought a different one and paint colors I actually wanted.
I ordered a crib that I could assemble straight out of the box, but didn't receive one. The crib is STILL in stock, paint still apparently OUT of stock.
It's been another week and I have yet to receive a response.

Company resolved the issue.
But my main concern is the SMELL! I even applied vinegar and charcoal but the paint scent is still there. I also put it outside for 5 days but its hopeless. I rewashed all my baby' clothes because of this.
We got clogged nose also!!! I dont know how they passed the quality check!!! The color is different also. Please see photo for reference.
I also bought some charcoal to absorb the smell but has ko affect.

There is still a (faint) smell. Walmart offered to do refund but I have no time to disassemble and find a new box. The dream on me company insisted that their products passed a quality test and did no really help me at all.
Please look at other comments on this item on other websites.
You will see! Its not only me that has concern about the smell

Issue not resolved I wanted to speak directly with a customer service representative . There should be a parts replacement list or order on line

No direct number to call to get issues resolved. Be waiting for them to contact me for days and stir nothing . Poor quality product.
Have emails 3x still no response then when I do get someone on the phone its always not my problem or they dont even say there sorry very rude customer support

Dream on Me Company will not answer my phone calls or emails
I purchased a dream on me Highchair/Swing combo and it stopped swinging. I tried to contact Dream on Me through phone calls and emails but they have yet to answer me to resolve this problem and this was in March, it's now May.
My baby is without a swing that she only used a few months before it stopped working and I feel like I just wasted money on a Dream on me product that has poor customer service. I will never again buy a Dream on Me product and I will let my family and friends know of their poor products and customer service.
