Dream on Me Company will not answer my phone calls or emails

I purchased a dream on me Highchair/Swing combo and it stopped swinging. I tried to contact Dream on Me through phone calls and emails but they have yet to answer me to resolve this problem and this was in March, it's now May. My baby is without a swing that she only used a few months before it stopped working and I feel like I just wasted money on a Dream on me product that has poor customer service. I will never again buy a Dream on Me product and I will let my family and friends know of their poor products and customer service.
