Damaged truck
I had a similar experience. My antenna was ripped off my truck on Sunday. I went back and filled out a form stating what happened, date and time. and called there and left a message for the owner to call me back. NO RESPONCE I have been going to this car wash for many years and just wanted to see if they have insurance to cover this type of problem. I know most car washes have this insurance. How long does it take to make a phone call? Totally irresponcible. Pissed customer

OMG.........This carwash ripped the right side of my car off!
Two weeks ago I brought my car through this "TOUCHLESS/BRUSHLESS" car wash. Following the wash I got out of my car to open my side view mirrors since they were folded closed. In doing so my antenna was gone, as with the mast. The antenna cable was hanging out from the fender. They found my antenna which was intact; not broken, with the original hardware and the bolt to the mast busted off. Understanding that most car washes are not responsible for damages to antennas, but come on the actual bolt holding the wiring in place, which is located behind the fender? The guy who sent me through the wash told me that from "what it looks like" they will take "responsibility" and gave me the owners name and number, Brian and David Leiberman. I must say that I have been calling these two irresponsible guys since this occurred and I have yet to speak to them......They do NOT or will NOT return my calls. The bottom line is that these guys suck, yes suck.
