Cheated!!!
This dealership is the worst I have ever dealt with. Unfortunately I did not do my research prior to arriving on this lot, if I had I would have known better.
Vehicles are over priced and they are the perfect example of dirty used car salesmen. After spending the usual several hours playing their game I thought I was done and happy with my purchase. Two days later they call to say they are changing the financing and I needed to sign a new contract. WHICH IS AT OVER 1% HIGHER THAN THE RATE I SIGNED FOR!!!!!!!
I was told that when I set up the automatic payments and online stuff with the bank my interest rate would drop, when I tried to set up everything with the bank they told me there is no such thing. Over two weeks later they still had not paid off my trade and I was forced to make another payment on that too!! In the process of trying to straighten out my financing I learned just how many complaints there are against this dealership. Their Facebook page is full of them, there are over 20 complaints through the attorney general's office, and I couldn't even count how many through the better business bureau!!!!!!
It's pretty bad when my finance company tells me about the complaints against the dealership. DO YOUR RESEARCH!!!!!
CHECK THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND THE ATTORNEY GENERAL! Most of these involve shady financing and are unresolved!
So Far, So Good
I read a pile of bad reviews here but so far my experience has been fine. Richard the sales guy seemed to be a straight shooter.
My experience inside was fine as well. Rami helped us and accommodated our needs with a couple of changes and delivered on those promises in one day. I have only really had the truck for a day so it is hard to tell about the truck quality yet and although I have a payment amount, I have not seen my financing deal yet.
But I will log back on here and post an update if either of those things goes south. So far, it was a pleasant experience and I found them very accommodating.

Dream City Auto Sales - Sales Representative Review
After reading few of these reviews I almost didn't go look at the truck I really wanted that they had in stock. But I figure it was worth it.
Not sure what these people experience was. I had a great time no BS and got the truck I wanted and had no complaints. This was a very large dealership and couple reviews should not be a deciding factor. After telling the manager about the reviews he pointed out to me that they refuse to pay Yelp and in the bottom of the page they have over 60 good reviews that they would not publish.
Yelp either gets paid or tries to blackmail a small business.
My experience was not the best but a fairly normal and fun experience. It was not like a BMW dealership but I have no complaints there, the sales man and the managers were easy to deal with a week later when my check engine light came on and it was fixed at no cost to me.
Scammers
So, I was in a pretty desperate situation over a year ago and really needed a car. My credit was bad and my income was low. I went to Dream City Auto where they pretty much scammed me from the start, a mistake I'm still paying for until this day. Here's what happened...
I had about a grand to put down. There was an older BMW that I liked. They came up with one of the usual agreements, if we get your payments at this amount with this much down etc. you will agree to it. Looking back the agreement was not even close to possible, the interest rate was way lower than I could have ever been approved for. But they told me they were good friends with this credit union and they had a meeting set up for me and everything. I go to the credit union, they've never heard of anyone from Dream City and have no idea I'm showing up. They don't approve the loan.
Go back to Dream City, where they tell me they can't help me with financing then and that they were keeping my down payment. They set it up from the start, they had already given me the keys to the car, but were saying I had to give them back. So I was desperate enough to fall for a ridiculously horrible loan at an interest rate that is legally questionable. Been paying on this car for 18 months now, never missed a payment, balance is higher than when I started.
Looking back, they seriously conned me from the start. I wonder if keeping my down payment was something they could even legally do knowing the agreement didn't work out, but it forced me into a loan I probably wouldn't have accepted otherwise.

This is the second car I have purchased from Dream City. The first one was in 2011. They are AWESOME! It really annoys me to look at these ratings and I read through them all.
***At the end of the reviews on page 4 and 5 is where the real ratings are.
The ones that are very positive.******
The car I just purchased, Mehdi actually found and purchased the car I wanted. He worked very hard to get a very good interest rate with a well known bank. The salesmen are all great, I did not feel any pressure to purchase a car I did not want, in fact one of the salesmen took the time to teach my son how to properly drive a manual transmission so we he could safely drive the car. I purchased a 2015 for a better price than the bigger dealers and they handled everything and went above and beyond to make certain we were totally happy and got a great car. The car has minimal miles on it and everything is perfect. Rami facilitated the financing paperwork and David was so kind to work with us during Mehdi's time off.
The car I purchased in 2011 was also a great experience, it is difficult to not like Mehdi, he is awesome! It was my first experience with a small dealer and it was my son's first car. We did not really know what to expect, but Mehdi really helped. He made it easy to get the financing and he even found a better rate than was originally negotiated, with a larger bank .
This part is important: The car ran well however when we had driven it a bit before taking it to school there was a problem with something in the front part of the engine. We took it back and they repaired it without an appointment! My son took it to school and a few months later the tie rod broke. Mehdi said we could bring it in and he would fix it but my son was at college and it was not feasible, so Mehdi paid for it!! That was great customer service!
The car ran really well since then - no problems at all! In fact each time we got the oil changed the guys at the different places would comment on how well it ran and how quiet etc it was.
So it was only the best choice to go back to them to buy a new car. I LOVE the new car!
They are AWESOME! Please take the time to read the reviews on page 4 and 5 before you decide to not meet with them.
Dream City Auto Sales - Ford F250 Super Duty Review from Yakima, Washington
Sold me an f250 super duty, claimed it had head studs and that they put a new turbo on it.
Long story short.. They lie through their teeth !
I discovered the first week it had a blown head gasket and wouldn't hold coolant..5 thousand dollars later it had new ARP head studs, a new head gasket new oil cooler. A week later the FICM went out, another 500bucks.. 4 months later the so called new turbo went out ( my mechanic said it was from a junk yard!) another 1600 dollars..
Bottom line. These guys buy garbage at auction , hide everything they can, lie through their teeth and tell you what a great vehicle it is.
Take my advice, buy ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!
Dishonest Car Sellers
The car dealer men at Dream City Auto Sales in Portland Oregon, are completely dishonest, rude, and lie to their customers. I told the man on the phone several times I was coming out-of-State to purchase a car I had picked from their website. He acted friendly and told me of course he wouldn't have me take a 7 hour bus trip to find out I couldn't buy the car. I told him my boyfriend, the buyer of the car, didn't have a SS number because he is an international student and he said that wasn't a problem. He said ALL we needed was 800$ down for the first month, his license, and VISA (Proof he's a student in America).
He said several times that's ALL we needed and SS was not a problem.
But when we got there we found out that was a complete lie. Not only did he need SS, he needed to have at least 2,000 down for the first month when we clearly agreed on 800$ on the phone.
Of course the man on the phone I spoke to, named Jeremy, didn't show up to the appointment. Again he lied and said he would meet us at 7pm and he went home for the day knowing that we were going to show up.
All of the other men that said they were "Managers" seemed to cover up for him saying that maybe I misunderstood him and that he went home early. I told them how upset I was that I had traveled 7 hours because one of their workers was dishonest and gave me FALSE information and all they said was when they see him they would talk to him.
Seeing how upset I was all they did was give me rude answers and attitude. They even still tried to convince me to buy the car myself with all the money on the spot. They are rude, liars, and all work together with their dirty business. Nobody should do business here. What kind of company allows their workers to lie? they clearly don't know how to do business and all they care about is money.

Not really trying to stand up for this dealership, but unfortunately you chose to buy a Ford. Ford diesels are very unreliable, no matter who you buy from.
I'm sorry for you did not research your vehicle before purchasing it. :(
