Myself (Mary Hawley) and my husband Patrick J Hawley. My top denture has never fit I have been in numerous times over a year to have it adjusted , now I am told it needs to be read line and I need to be without my top plate for three weeks . This is not acceptable I cannot imagine anybody going for three weeks without cheese I have paid dearly for these. Now my husband Patrick is due to have his upper and lower permanent plates Dec 31 2018 and does not choose to go back there. I have called to cancel the appointment and have not been called back. I was told Sam at the arrowhead Parkway office in Sioux Falls South Dakota where we go was going to call me back I am sure she will not. We have told them more than once and Patrick has told them to speak with me as he does not handle any of the finances he does not choose to where is our arrangement I will send in writing I will have him send in writing and have it notarized if I have to sing to speak with me he just not understand he just does not want to go back to them. We need the charges for his final set deducted from our bill. Sam Has miss lead us From the beginning she has been rude and at this point I’m not sure if Dr. Drake is the one behind us and she’s the one having to address the issues. They are sick sickening really sweet to your face but take care of nothing this is been issues with charges cost. We never got his itemized bill until August I had to go into the office to get a printout I had called and they refuse to do anything so I went in and got it I had things I had questions on and I talked to Sam she basically smiled the whole way through the conversation thinking it’s funny how she ripped us off That’s my opinion. I even referred a friend and she tried to same thing with her she changed her Bill several times less from 7500 to 2000. . Yes I do have insurance that I pay for every month and my maximum per year for teeth Is $1000. So yes I do have insurance that pays very little our bill was close to $10,000. She never told us anything how much each thing was going to class. She showed us the paperwork stating this shows the cheese he’s got a pole sign here, and this is whatever sign here and never gave us the print out of anything when I got the first bill it was Was way more then we thought and there were charges that I didn’t agree with she just smiled and said this is what you signed. We simply do not want their services and do not want to be charged another penny for anything. I will have my husband call them again to tell them to talk to me and tell them he wants to cancel his appointment I’m sure that’s why she’s not calling me back with this company of allows this is kind of practiceWe want nothing to do with him.
