RIP off
Dreadful cowboy company who asked me to provide a tool to life manhole cover, did absolutely nothing to help and charged me £128 even though I was told call out was free. They would not refund my money and I was intimidated and robbed. Dont ever use this company

Terrible service
I was told it was a free call-out and David would arrive. 2 technicians/ cowboys arrived and couldnt find the water leak under my floor.
They asked me if had someone to remove my manhole cover with so told the lazy guy to get a tool from their two vans! They refused to pull out my dishwasher to see if the leak was from that and then charged me £120 !
Disgraceful company ! Dont touch them with a barge pole

Six months later, all they did was put a nasty review about me on Yelp. They are going to sue me!
My toilet still won't flush all the way. I have to clean out the toilet by hand. I am 67 years old and can't believe they won't help a senior citizen unless I pay the full price again plus $60 because their prices went up. Disgraceful.
I researched about septic tanks - my septic tank should last 3-5 years. How do they get away with this? Is there anything else l can do?

Spent $365 LESS than six months ago. Problem came back.
Called and spoke with Caleb who told me it was my fault. Looked online to see how long a septic tank cleaning should last (3-5 YEARS). He then told me it would cost $425 for him to clean it again. The price went up $60 in less than 6 months.
Go figure!!! This is how they treat senior citizens. Very rude!
Caleb you will be a senior some day and I hope you don't get ripped off like you ripped me off. SHAME ON YOU!!

SCAM Drain Doctor located in Ocean View, NJ
I had my septic tank cleaned LESS than six months ago. The same exact problem was back again.
l looked on the internet and saw that this cleaning should last 3-5 YEARS. I paid $365 for this service. I called them and spoke with Caleb who told me that it was my fault. He then told me it would cost $425 to do the same exact cleaning--$60 more than I paid LESS than six months ago.
What's wrong with this picture ??? This is how they treat senior citizens who are on a fixed income??? These CROOKS need to be stopped immediately so they don't rip off other seniors (or people for that matter).
Caleb some day you're going to be a senior. Shame on you and Drain Doctor located in Ocean View, NJ.
