Awful Experience at Dragonweave
I had the unfortunate experience of working briefly for this company. It's a small business run out of some lady's basement. The woman run's it along with an assistant. Her husband is an irritating distraction. He was rude. He made fun of me. He ignored me. He acts like a "know it all" - don't waste your time buying for working for Dragonweave. They are not good people. They're products are cheap. They treat their employees like garbage. No one deserves to be treated the way that I was. I was made fun of and bullied. Many people return their purchases. The stock is garbage. Buy from another company.

Celtic Pendant Review
I ordered a Celtic pendant and when the package arrived, it was cut open and empty. I do not trust this business. I cannot find a phone number. I plan to report this business to the BBB and Amazon.

Dragonweave Jewelry Necklace Review
I ordered a necklace from this seller. I'm not sure it was them, but someone tried to fraudulently use my debit card number. This was the only online purchase I have made in quite some time, so I highly suspect Amaxin and this company. Again, it could have been anyone, but this is very unsettling

Sterling Necklace Turns Black
DragonWeave Jewelry has been advertising sterling silver ball chain necklaces ranging in cost from $40.00 and above depending on the length. So, this chain can cost a high price. It was surprising to see that this chain is similar to the free chains that companies distribute to their employees to carry their identification badges around their necks during work. However, a company’s free chains are far superior to the ones sold by DragonWeave since DragonWeave sells chains where the silver wears off after a couple of wears and then the chain turns black. Of course, by that time of discoloration, the return policy has already expired so the chain cannot be returned. DragonWeave is getting away with deceiving buyers since it is clear they must be aware of the discoloring of the chain and that their return policy will let them get away with cheating consumers out of their money.

Wow. That looks like an old fashioned lamp pull cord that someone silver plated using a home plating kit.
Silver does turn black when it tarnishes.
But that is one cheap chain. Plating a steel chain would cost just a few cents worth of silver.
If it's silver, have you tried to remove the tarnish? Real sterling silver (marked with .925) is apt to tarnish if not coated.
Some individuals have items tarnish more quickly than others, but it can be cleaned. Try dipping it in a solution of vinegar & baking soda with crumpled ball of tinfoil in it.
( use a glass dish ). Then rinse in warm water and let dry.
