Sold obsolete eCig and broke my tank - no exchange or refund!
In September 2015, my eCigarette malfunctioned and I went to DragonFly to get it fixed. They suggested purchasing a new one and sold me a Provape 2.5 and a eGo Mega One table with 1.0 ohms could.
They assured me this would be the last unit I would ever purchase. In January, the mega one tank started leaking so I returned to the store to find it closed. I went to another location where they informed me they do no sell the Mega One tank and that the coils and the tank were obsolete. They asked me where I got it from and told the sales guy he sold it to me!
He ended up selling me an Aspire tank with 0.5 ohms coils. Ironically, that didn't work either. The Provape 2.5 only goes up to 20 watts and couldn't produce enough power to handle so little
Ohms. I called Provape.
The 2.5 has been discontinued years ago. I was livid! I spent over $379 for this and then another $70
For a new tank! I returned to the store and wanted it exchanged for selling me something obsolete that won't even work any longer.
The sales guy tried everything to help. He even tried different tanks and In The process broke mine. It was not replaced. He suggested I contact DragonFly support.
I opened a ticket with them and gave them all my contact info. Instead of offering a solution, they told me they won't refund me or exchange it since it was beyond thirty days. They also said to give them a call. I did several times but AJ was never available.
I will never buy from them again and considering a small claims court case. Be warned!

Dragonfly Ecigs Starter Kit Review from Champaign, Illinois
They like selling overpriced high ticket items,so when they offer a budget minded bargain,they arent going to care because they figure low chance of repeat bussiness
So i got one of their "junk scrap returned garbage" starter kit specials.Basically components that were returned,cleaned off,and thrown together with a single genuine joytech in a dual starter tank kit.One atomizer allowed NO air to pass through,the other was really restricted.Charger split apart and had to be held together with a rubber band.Off brand battery shorted in 2 months and left a wonderful scorch mark on the outside.
All presented in a spare kit box they must have had lying around.
When a place operates like they do,i think they see their customers as fools for actually doing business with them,and treat them so.

Horrible customer service. Battery stopped working less than30 days. They replaced it with a new which also was defective.. and since 30 days had now
expired.. nothing she could do but try to sell me another $100 POS... what a joke.. seriously ??!!! DONT GO TO DRAGON FLY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BUY CAR TOO..!!!!!!!!!!!! RIDICULOUS
Unprofessional.. Very... this happened at their "FRISCO" Location. Really Pissed at how i spent over $140 bucks on a battery, coils and extra tank just to end up with a BIG POS>> !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NOT COOL ... She's a big nasty "" girl with MAN hands that works at the stonebriar mall location..

Product Quality
Dragonfly Ecigs seems to be getting ahead of themselves,there is obviously no quality control department. Their practice is to sell defective equipment and then refuse to allow the customer to return it.
They have a number of interesting excuses, the latest being "yes this product has been causing problems". Thank you very much goodbye. Their electronics are consistently defective, chargers, atomizers, and battery packs. Buyers beware.
The store in Lewisville, Texas is the only store I have purchased product from so I don't know if all of their stores practice the same procedures.
I have tried to return faulty products on several occasions and have yet to have the product replace or refunded. No to mention the number of customers that were trying to do the same thing during my visit, equally unsuccessfully.
Dragonfly ECIGS
I recently attempted to try the new ECIG instead of tobacco cigs and bought a "starter kit" from a rip off company "so called" DRAGONFLY ECIGS and they sent me a box of junk that didnt work at all and the USB charger for recharging the battery pack damaged my usb port and almost smoked my computer, to make a long story short i demanded a refund from them and at first they stated that they cant because it was used, wtf,lol. of course it was used, They finally said to send it back and they would refund part of the kit, well its been over 2 weeks and nothing !
then after i e-mailed them 3 times they finally responded and said they will honor my refund after they get their kit back, so now their lying and saying they never got it back even after i sent it certified via USPS and they signed for it. Im not done with these online crooks yet though cause they, or him is gonna be out of bussiness soon cause im gonna blog the heck outta these scammers until my fingers bleed and also i am contacting the police and their local BBB just for starters, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM "DRAGONFLY ECIGS !

I've been a customer with Dragonfly since they've opened and been using Provari for years. First off the provari 2.5 is not obsolete what so ever, I've had mine since they came out and it's still one of my go to ecigs.
The only provari that can do sub ohm is the new provari 3 though so if you're running sub ohm it sounds like you don't even know what your device is. As far as provari goes they have a lifetime warranty and if there is anything wrong with it you can email them to have them able to fix it for you. You can't call them so not sure how you were able to do that. They also have a 30 day warranty at Dragonfly from my understanding, but you're addressing this issue close to 5 months after you got it.
What is sounds like to me is that you are only after the money. They may have broke whatever tank you said they broke, but from listening to your complaint, it seems you have more than a broken tank and instead just a broken story.
Maybe if they did break your tank then they should refund you for that. Good luck in whatever you're trying to accomplish, but in my opinion you're just after money.

I called and handled my issue with Provari and that was great. When I went to Dragonfly about it, they didn't even offer that or explain how the lifetime warranty works for Provari.
What they did so was break my tank.
I've contacted them, reached out and emailed, called, left numbers, went in person, and guess what? No tank.
I had been going to them for years and was appalled by the lack of support. I couldn't care less about the money.
It was the principal that they sold me a tank and unit that worked five months back, I came in to get another tank as mine wasn't working right, sold me something that was 0.2 ohms that doesn't work with a Provari, then came back to get it fixed and in the process broke it. I have had no luck with their supposed support about this.
Maybe your response about my sad story is because until the day you have problems with their product and can't get support, you will change your mind.
I may not be an expert in the eCigarette field but I feel taken advantage of to spend that much on something they told me I would never have to buy another eCigarette again. BS
You must be an employee! I have similar problems having things returned or exchanged and within 30 days! LOL
