I spend so much time trying to log on that my hand hurts CLICKING on picture boxes, then I am told that theres too much traffic and I can't log on.

I would give you my account number, but no matter how hard I try i can log on so I don't have access to the number.
I've been with D2D for many years and never made any money. Now I have gone digital and I would have liked to list my Epub novels and E-Textbook that Amazon went wild over on you and Smashbooks-----cant log on with them either.
I suggest that you cancel my account and I will try to return when my hand stops hurting...

My experience with Draft2Digital was terrible. After investing time and energy in publishing original and complete books, my account was suddenly closed with the vague accusation of low-content and mass-produced material, without providing concrete examples, evidence, or the opportunity for clarification.
It was an arbitrary, disproportionate, and unprofessional decision. From a practical point of view, the results obtained through this platform were practically nil: minimal visibility, non-existent sales, and no real added value compared to other self-publishing solutions. In hindsight, the time spent on Draft2Digital was simply wasted. Support is not transparent, decisions are unilateral, and authors have no real protection.
In light of this experience, I can only strongly advise against this platform to anyone who values their work and their time. My advice to potential users: avoid Draft2Digital and look for more serious, transparent services that respect authors.

- Account was terminated April 19, 2025 for alleged multiple accounts, and I have one account with four books and no reply since May 1, 2025.
I have contacted directly the support service of Draft2Digital and you website.
Indeed, on the April 19th 2025, D2D has proceeded to the termination to my account under the false pretext that I get many accounts under my names. I get only one account instead.
Also, I have already published 04 books on Draft2digital.On the otherhand, I was supposed to start getting income in this month.
I would like that this issue would be resolved and that I can pursue my publication and start to get income.
I have sent to you the complaints with the full details and attached documents. Thank you so much for your help.

- Draft2Digital terminated my account on Apr 19, 2025 for alleged multiple accounts.
- I published 4 books since Jan 2025 and have only one account.
I cannot project my present issue not yet resolved, with Draft2Digital, on others' issues.
Draft2Digital has proceeded to the unjust termination of my account on the last April 19th 2025 under the false pretext that I get many accounts, and consequently they will get my royalties. They were supposed to start paying me on May 2025.
I have published 04 books since January 2025.I get only one account under my name.
Here it is my inquiry sent to them with the details of my Draft2Digital account:
"Hi!
I have attempted to create the account on October 2024 at first with my other email address not being aware about that as I'm new, and before that you establish any ISBN for me (before any definitive publication).It has been refused immediately by your administration and have preserved this one.
I just wanted to change my email address. I got my ISBN on the 07th December 2024.I have been functioning with my present and only account since October 14th 2024 until now April 2025, and have published 04 books with their respective ID number and my first publication was on the 18th December 2024. But what are my other accounts and under which email addresses?

- Can't reach anyone on the phone for help.
- D2D directs to KDP and won't fix Biasect code with Amazon.
Can't get anyone on the phone anymore, and now when I inquire for help, the response I got encouraged me to go to KDP. 'If you wish to delist from D2D via Amazon and go direct with KDP, then this topic forum may be helpful for you.
However, again, this is not something D2D has any control over. I apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.' ~Alicia
All I wanted D2D to do was find out why Amazon can't, or in most cases won't, get my Biasect code info correct and put a ticket into Amazon (which is their responsibility since they send over the metadata), but they won't, and listed are telling me to go to KDP.

I have not yet received a response from Draft2Digital and get my account opened again since my last complaint on Pissed Consumer on the 1st May.

I'm still waiting that my Draft2Digital issue be resolved.
I would like that my account would be unlocked and that I would be able to continue my books publication and get income.
I have previously exposed my issue. I get only one account as explained previously in my complaint.I have also reached them on the support service since April 19th 2025.
