Dr. Kuhn, neurosurgeon hurt my friend

Dr. Kuhn, a neurosurgeon in Daytona Beach promised to do an artificial disk on my friend. After 6 hours of surgery he did a fusion. My friend never got better and now he has his neck fused and suffer worse pain than before the surgery. He did not wanted a fusion and the doctor promised an artificial disk. He promised something but he did not follow through. My friend now has worse pain than before his surgery and has to go to pain management. He refused to give him further medications and discherged him from the practice because he lost his insurance.

And you reviewed the MRIs and CTs and reports I am sure. Why say anything about something in which you may have an opinion but no facts.
