I bought an adjustable bed, pillows and sheets. After waiting two weeks for the sheets I realized I did not need them.

I took them back but was told they were non returnable as they did not "stock" them. I went back again about two weeks later and the sales person made a call and said yes I could bring them back for a partial credit. It's been over two weeks and I'm still waiting to see a credit come through on my credit card. I went to this store because I bought a mattress there before about 9 years ago.

Never again though. I have learned my lesson this time.

Was told king size bed under warr. When box spring broke, then told me all these things I had to do first. Dont mention at point of sale.Was a Simmons

I as well worked for this company. There store by IHOP. I would come to work and lights would be off or phone wouldn't be working, or internet would be cut off because they wouldn't pay their bills. Several times the landlord sent a 3 day pay or get out notice.

They would lie to customers because they didn't have what the customer purchased in stock.

At that time they sold the very popular Tempur-pedic and Kingsdown- "Sleep To Live" mattresses. Kingsdown also included into their showrooms the popular "Diagnostic Sleep Machine", but Kingsdown came in and removed their machine from their stores.

I had 23 Tempur-pedic cancellations from customers in one week because they had spent the customers money and never ordered their beds. That's because Tempur wouldn't give them credit anymore, they require Dr Snooze to pay cash and they couldn't. These people never even paid me my last paycheck. They had 3 stores at one time but now they are down to just 1.

There are more reputable companies out there to purchase a very important purchase such as this. Do yourself a favor and go some place else!! I promise you if you don't, YOU WILL GET SCAMMED!! They WILL take your money and you WON'T get your bed!!

They ONLY way you will get anything from them is if you choose to take it with you that very moment and you take it from the store right then. If they tell you it will be 7-10 days before you can get delivered. BEWARE!!

Dr Snooze of Central Florida is a scam mattress and bedding company that promises prospective employees a generous salery. The problem is that it is 100 percent commission and the owner will ask you to work 11 hours a day, clean the store, including bathrooms and outside, and you may not see anyone (unless it is a complaint) all day.

At the end of two weeks, you owe the company money for working. You are also forced to attend early-morning meetings on Sundays with no pay (coffee and donuts). The owner will also find reasons why real commissions will not be paid. Checks bounce all the time.

You are asked to lie to customers all the time and then lie to them again when goods and services are not produced. The one delivery truck is a broken down, unmarked truck with uninsured drivers who make deliveries up to 11 p.m. when the customer threatens to cancel unless merchandise is delivered that day.

I could go on and on but the bottom line is stay away from these people or do not be surprised when you are very disappointed.
