AI Highlights
  • - 6th and 7th slip-ons bought in 2022; same size/colors, but looser.
  • - Old 2021 pair fits well; new ones feel looser.
  • - Missed the 45-day return window.

My coworker introduced me to this brand in 2019 and Ive been a fan since. Great dressier sneakers for work.

This past Black Friday weekend 2022, I ordered my 6th and 7th pair of dr scholls slip on sneakers. Same size, same style and same colors as before. Unfortunately the pairs that I received were fitting differently and bigger than usual. Ive only used my black pair like 3 times for quick errands (30 mins total) hoping they would feel better and they didnt Cry They feel even looser.

I looked to return them but missed the 45 day window due to only recently trying them on to break them in before I go back to work after my maternity leave. I tried on the tan ones and they feel the same (loose). I have an old pair that I bought in 2021 and they feel awesome, just worn out hence me ordering new ones. I dont know what to do.

Did they change the style???

Can I still return them or exchange for different size or style?? Need answers please.
