August 4th at the town of North Hempstead Beach had free life saving testing for Seniors. I had the tests done and it was said i would receive the results in the mail in a couple of weeks....just received the paid billing statement from Medicare and my co pay insurance....Dr Frankle was paid %100 for the testing.
It would of great help to receive a copy of all the tests results to show my dr..

They lie a lot and do everything for money. The company that he is running is not based on patient care, he sees every patient with a dolor sign on there face. He NEVER looks at the results of the exams or keeps the record of them, instead he makes techs diagnosing patients, and most of those techs are not even registered! If you are a healthcare worker DO NOT work for him under any circumstances, one day he will not pay you and their payroll is once a month, which means that he will make you work as a personal SLAVE for at least a month!
And if you are a patient RUN... he might kill you and will not even care!

The total lack of interest, and/or concern shown by Dr. Frankel is evident as during recent appointments, he has taken personal calls and conducted personal business on his cell phone while supposedly consulting with a patient, written incorrect prescriptions and not signed prescriptions. He does not listen to patient concerns, does not follow-up with test results and is all in all preoccupied with "other things" instead of the patient concerns at hand.
I would not be in the least bit surprised if a "disgruntled employee" posted a complaint as Dr. Frankel only makes their jobs more difficult by his ineptitude.
I too will leave this complaint anonymously as the person I care for is afraid of change and terrified of repercussions......such a shame that a person that took an oath to care for others is to wrapped up in the business of his own life to do his job efficiently and carefully.
