Resolved: Not working!
Got another shipment of 8 boxes vitamin D3.I sure hope does the job! As you know swallow pill only 30 % gets into you since liver does its job& parking pill under tongue 50% since directly gets in bloodstream!So let’s hope the sublingual really does its job!!Thanks.
I have been getting Vitamin D-3 sublingual pills! Lately their product is not working right!!
Takes 15 minutes to dissolve if not longer!!
They wanted me to go through time & headache to put all 8 packages in the box & pay for shipping & all back to them!!

They are the most dishonest and deceitful company imaginable.

I will never buy anything on line again
Purchased turmeric for arthritis pain after a glowing sales pitch from Ashley. I was told, 'No risk to you; will cost nothing.' Nothing but the cost to return the worthless junk.
Adding insult to injury, she denied every word she spoke. I am calling the BBB as well as the Attorney General's Office in Tampa, FL.

I was on the road, listening to Dr. Newton's radio representative.
She was raving on about their Extra strength glucosamine arthritis pain relief cream. She said wait 20 minutes, and you are ready to hit the road, arthritis pain free. Well, such is not the case at all. If you go their web site, they say it has to build up over time, and you may START to notice help after 6 days.
Yes, I was lied to.
No more Dr. Newton for me.

This company is a scam. Their pain relieving cream did nothing.
I mailed my product back and I am trying to get my refund.
It was advertised as risk free. i had to pay postage both ways.
The expensive pain cream does zero. Now to try for money back. Not as described at all.No effect at all and may have made my pain worse.

I bought their "pain relieving" cream based on their promise that it would work. Not only didn't it work, but I had to file a complaint with AMEX to get my money back. This company is a SCAM and should be avoided like the PLAGUE!

Ordered product felt no difference after a month

Ordered product, was told that it was risk free, if I didn't feel any difference I could contact for my money back. When I called back the customer service agent was rude, constantly interrupted me, told me that I had to ship everything back and pay for shipping (that is not a risk free venture).

Lack of customer service
- - Returned a product I didn’t want; they won’t refund.
- - Two months later I returned it again; loyalty made it free, and I still lost money.
I have found Dr Newton's extremely unreasonable to deal with. I am a dissatisfied customer and my calls were met with rude 'customer service' employees.
The product was 'returned to sender', how can they NOT have received it? The second product was returned the same way, and they received that one just fine? Something is fishy. I guess what alarms me most is that I was a regular customer, who was buying a few different supplements on auto plan.
It was only this one plan that I wanted to be canceled. I would have happily kept my other auto supplements as agreed. But the extremely lousy, and down right RUDE customer service made me walk away totally from Dr. Newtons.
Stay away from Dr.
Newtons. Plenty of other viable options for supplements and such.
Yet, I returned the same product they sent me again 2 months later (I was on an auto plan). This time the product was free since I was a loyal customer. I still returned it, as I no longer wanted to receive the product. Ironically, they claim they got the second return but not the first.
So, I am still out the money.
Customer service was so rude and so sketchy, telling me things that just weren't true. It was exhausting trying to deal with them.
I did have other auto plans in place, but I canceled them all after being treated so rudely. No one deserves that

He has no web site to research and only one 800 number to call and purchase the product. Listening on Saturday night 3/10/18, 1210am phila station 11:30 pm to 12:00am.
Offer if you call he will give you 1 bottle/30 and 1 extra bottle for your spouse or friend to try for Free.
Further from the truth, you will connect with a person trying to hard sell you to buy 3 for $150.00 get 1 free. This phone person female was so rude insisting that was not the offer, was not correct almost calling me a Lier. Scam bait and switch!!
Cosumers' don't fall for this nonsense. Sad, especially for the radio station sponsoring the program.
