Won’t answer the phone for the 30 day money back guarantee
Answer your phone!!!This is a scam. Get your money then you cant get a hold of them. On the phone for 3 hours at a time for many days.

I heard on the radio that Dr.Newtons was giving FREE Vitamin D if you would cover shipping. I responded
and got $200 on my credit card. This is a SCAM !!!

Ordered product felt no difference after a month
Ordered product, was told that it was risk free, if I didn't feel any difference I could contact for my money back. When I called back the customer service agent was rude, constantly interrupted me, told me that I had to ship everything back and pay for shipping (that is not a risk free venture).

Avoid Dr. Newtons Naturals like the PLAGUE
I bought their "pain relieving" cream based on their promise that it would work. Not only didn't it work, but I had to file a complaint with AMEX to get my money back. This company is a SCAM and should be avoided like the PLAGUE!

Lack of customer service
I have found Dr Newton's extremely unreasonable to deal with. I am a dissatisfied customer and my calls were met with rude 'customer service' employees.
The product was 'returned to sender', how can they NOT have received it? The second product was returned the same way, and they received that one just fine? Something is fishy. I guess what alarms me most is that I was a regular customer, who was buying a few different supplements on auto plan.
It was only this one plan that I wanted to be canceled. I would have happily kept my other auto supplements as agreed. But the extremely lousy, and down right RUDE customer service made me walk away totally from Dr. Newtons.
Stay away from Dr.
Newtons. Plenty of other viable options for supplements and such.
Yet, I returned the same product they sent me again 2 months later (I was on an auto plan). This time the product was free since I was a loyal customer. I still returned it, as I no longer wanted to receive the product. Ironically, they claim they got the second return but not the first.
So, I am still out the money.
Customer service was so rude and so sketchy, telling me things that just weren't true. It was exhausting trying to deal with them.
I did have other auto plans in place, but I canceled them all after being treated so rudely. No one deserves that

Be aware of promotions for so- called Dr. Pinkus's vitamin D3 wonder Formula.
He has no web site to research and only one 800 number to call and purchase the product. Listening on Saturday night 3/10/18, 1210am phila station 11:30 pm to 12:00am.
Offer if you call he will give you 1 bottle/30 and 1 extra bottle for your spouse or friend to try for Free.
Further from the truth, you will connect with a person trying to hard sell you to buy 3 for $150.00 get 1 free. This phone person female was so rude insisting that was not the offer, was not correct almost calling me a Lier. Scam bait and switch!!
Cosumers' don't fall for this nonsense. Sad, especially for the radio station sponsoring the program.
