It was the worst dentist I ever dealt with in my life

My experience with Dr. Lilian Hernandez and her dental office was one of the worst Ive ever endured in healthcare.
From the beginning, my valid dental insurance was blatantly ignored, and the staff seemed far more interested in pushing expensive, unnecessary treatments than providing honest or ethical care.
I was shocked by the aggressive tactics used to get me to pay out-of-pocket when insurance should have covered my visit.
Even more concerning, I never felt respected or valued as a patientand, on several occasions, I genuinely felt that I was being treated differently because of who I am. This gave me an extremely uncomfortable sense of discrimination that no one should face when seeking medical care.
