Rude to the max

The doctors wife is the most rude person I have ever meet. She does not care that you are due for another script and will be in a lot of pain with out it. She will make you sit there all day if she does not like you or worst she will not let you see the doctor when you are due to have your script renewed, some times for weeks spent in pain and with drawls or looking for illegal drugs. The doctor is nice but the staff are really bad. Also when you show up for a appointment there will be people waiting in the hall because they do not know how to book appointments right. I have been there for a 9 am appointment (I was on time) and did not see the doctor until 7 pm. They will not let you use the bathroom but if you go down stairs to use the lobby one and she calls you you will wait hours to be called again after telling her you had to use the restroom. This place is the pits.

My name is p.elder and I use to see Dr Leal at Tampa General when he the pain mgmt there. He was okay but yes his wife is a TRUE ***

I would go get my scripts filled and of course the pharmacy has to verify the scripts.

Well she would tell them he never wrote them.

Caused ALOT of unnecessary problems for the people who TRULY SUFFER from pain. She is just a miserable *** ***.

The staff is very rude!

The staff was very rude and disrespectful. I have been going to Dr.Jorge Leal for over Eight years and never were treated as horrible, as when I went to his main office in Tampa office. They mainly his wife, Maria, would not let me get in a word, for nothing, This people are the rudest medical staff I have ever encountered. They had told me that that there was nothing the could do for prescriptions unless I saw the doctor and I really needed there medication or for it to be changed for something else. This is not the right was to treat people. I will no be in pain and be sick because the lack of one particular medication. They finally after being transferred to several people I finally got an appointment that will be over three week away. Other times, I would call and never get a live person. Both myself and other doctors and drugstores have tried to no avail to get a live peron. Also, when you leave a message they don't call you back, I am really upset about this.
