Verified Reviewer |Resolved: Refund policy & Product Issue
They gave me store credit with the excuse that if I send it back they have to throw it away, there are no products I can use for my girl, she won't touch them. With the changes in refund policies: READ THEM before you order.
Ask questions about the product itself, I did not realize that stench of this product when I took the lid off, it is no wonder my girl would not eat it.
I could not disguise the odor. Now I ask questions of supplements, food, etc for her.
Figured she is a dog, probably like it. NO.
I tried mixing different canned food, cooked meat, tallow, avocado oil, all usually entice her to eat. For a dog who lived on the streets, she is picky about her food. Smell is everything.
The smell of the supplement was stronger than her food.
I reached out, complained, suggested a change in scent/taste. Then finally gave up and asked for a refund.
They will not refund, they will give you store credit. The reasoning is if I send it back they have to dispose of it. And I do not?
I am out $98, have a product she won't eat and wasted nearly $100 in food throwing it out because she would not eat it. She went hungry for a day because she refused. Turned her nose up. I do not blame her.
So it is alright for me to throw it away and be out money, but it is not alright for the company?
They only accept unopened products as a return. That makes no sense, but I noticed more companies are doing that. How can you know if it is worth it if you do not open the package? So no more buy to try.
I went through the store, this was the one product that sounded like it would be viable for her.
There is no other products. :(
- Nutrient balance
- Refund policy
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: Do not waste your time if you have a picky eater
