AI Highlights
  • - Billed $250 and $150 for ICU/room visits.
  • - Insurance did not cover visits; staff were rude.
  • - Doctor told me to find another doctor for insulin.

Dr. Bejelica is a dibetes Dr.

that saw me in the hospital. I was charged $250 for the first 5 minute visit in ICU and another $150 for him to pop in to my hospital room for 1 minute. My insurance did not cover these visits because I was already under another Dr's care. The worst part is terribly rude staff, two young, surly girls who treat patients like dirt.

They did nothing to try to help me resolve the issue.

Then when the pharmacy requested him to refill my insulin, he said " Tell her to go find another doctor" I WILL!!!

DO NOT go see this Dr. He is the worst!

Hospital on call physicians charge for service, not how long they talk to you.
