Dr. Kempton hired a different receptionist over a year ago.
You can count on her to be the most courteous, considerate, friendly dentist you may ever meet. All her staff are professional and kind.
This is a consistent theme across all the review sites. Her husband is very rude as is the front desk staff.
Although she is a nice dentist but its just not worth having to put up with the office staff. Lost me and my family as customers.
I've had the same experience. He just lost Dr.
Kempton an additional 3 patients due to his complete unprofessionalism.
We paid the bill and are no longer going to her. I'm making it a point to review as many websites as I can in hopes that she might see how this is impacting her business.
I just had an issue with the Husband also. He is the rudest person I have ever come in contact with!
He shouldn't be answering phones as he is so rude and has no customer service skills! All he is worried about it money, not patient satisfaction! I will NEVER go back to this office nor will I ever recommend this office to anyone! If this Dr.
Kempton only knew how her patients were being treated by her "receptionist" husband, I'm pretty sure she would be appalled! But I guess if her husband treats her patients that way, I'm sure she is aware of it and has done nothing to fix this issue.
A agree the whole operation particularly Randy ( an unemployed attorney) office manager. His attitude cost her 6 patients.!!!!!!!

She did horrible work on my mouth, I tried to have it repaired, her *** husband/office manager wouldn't even let me talk with her about the work due to a dispute over a cancellation fee ( I made an appointment on Tuesday at 4:00pm for Wednesday (the next morning)at 8:30am. I called back 10 minutes later to cancel it and he charged me $50.00 because he could have scheduled that appointment in those 10 minutes that I held it for 8:30 the next morning - really??????). It was a horrible dispute that I had to have resolved through a 3rd party in which I won the $$$ for the horrible dental work AND the $50.00 cancellation fee. RUN, RUN RUN away from this dental office!!!!!!!
There are too many other wonderful dentists in this area. Hmmmmm...
maybe that's why the Kempton dental office has moved. Good riddance!!!

Kempton dentistry, but her husband is completely rude. I hate dealing with him. I've hung up on him a couple of times. Dr.
Kempton does fabulous work on my mouth so I continue to go there but hate having to talk to Randy. Maybe he doesn't like being her receptionist and takes it out on her clients!?!?
