Can’t get in touch with them and missing part of order never arrived and was charged
Customer service did not understand the problem was supposed to receive 2 , 2 packs and only received 1 and was charged for 2

The customer service is the worst ever! They just ignore you.
They will NOT cancel my subscription, I have emailed them three times! No one responds to my emails and they have removed my payment information, so I can't even change it.
They DO NOT take returns so if I refuse it - no refund. There is no WORKING number to call them and if you look back there are no reviews, so you can't be warned! Great product, awful service.
I will not buy anything more from them. I am going on tik tok, to warn as many as possible.
