Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. I am underwhelmed at the resolution.
My original order was made Feb 27. Today is June 3. I finally got what I paid for but, no apology or any other kind of compensation. I did however get a working product.
All it took was three months and constant complaining. NEXT!.
Ok, ordered in February. Product will not dispense.
Here we are, May 31st and I am still waiting. They did contact me to apologize after I left a review here but, that was weeks ago.
I am still waiting. I understand that the mail can be slow or there could be hold ups for a myriad of reasons but, come on now!!!

Verified Reviewer |Product won’t dispense, emails ignored
I ordered a Retinol eye cream from you and it will not dispense. I contacted customer service and was told to tap it to see if it would fix the problem.
It did not. I have since contacted customer service via email and I get no response. This is unacceptable. This has been going on for 2 months now.
Surly a big company like this one can right the wrong. Please, ether send me a replacement or, give me my money back. Seems reasonable. I mean, this is a big established company and I am a grandma who just wanted to treat myself.
So far, no treat.
Just a trick.
I have tried calling but, the message always says that due to the volume of callers I should email. So, now I am in this hellish loop of emails not being responded to and a customer service number that hangs up.

Company resolved the issue.
