Zoom meeting

I was waiting for someone to contact me at 1:30 for my Zoom meeting for cellular regeneration. I didn't realize that I was supposed to contact them first.
I have tried a few times now, and no one responds on the Zoom meeting.
I guess I'm going to have to reschedule the appointment. Also, I have called your customer service line a couple of times to ask for their help with it and got disconnected while I was talking to a representative.
Preferred solution: I would like to reschedule my zoom meeting for cellular regeneration follow-up meeting.
