This man spent all of 5 minutes with me, ignored all the information I told him regarding my injury. He was just trying to get me out of his office so he could deny my case.

No x-ray, no MRI review. He literally just got my range of motion and ushered me out FOR NERVE DAMAGE. How does this man still have a license to practice medicine still?? I had to explain to him that touching my toes for 2 seconds is different than repetitive motions that cause incapacitating pain.

He said, "well no one is going to hire you" and that was the end of my exam. I have no doubt that he is nothing than a tool to get people denied the help they direly need. Let me know if anyone starts a class action lawsuit.

Nothing but 1-star reviews across all the review sites. AVOID THIS MAN AT ALL COSTS.

IN August 2017 I was exam by doctor Audrey Swartz .. I sat in the exam room and he was already sitting..

the doctor sat at his desk laughing to himself for about 2 to 3 min. I remember feeling confused and perplex at the reason he was laughing. The doctor said to me. “New York is very unhappy with this case.

(the insurance company paying me is from New York State) The doctor started a conversation about sports. He continue to speak about different sports figures like joe Namath and others. He was very descriptive about how he thought the players were very good looking and muscular.. The doctor went into detail about the college ball players physique, pecks, Upper body etc.

The doctor descriptions became very sexual in its tone.. I sat listen and try to force an uncomfortable smile not engaging in the conversation. Then the doctor asking me to remove my basketball shorts, and started the exam. It was the middle of the summer and the shorts I was wearing were already very short so i was confused on why I needed to be exam in my boxer short..

I acquiesce the doctor request for fear he may tell the insurance company I was uncooperative and my payments be taken away.. I was wearing a heating pad on my back. The doctor ask why I was wearing the pad I responded that it gave me some relief from the pain in my back. When I ask him If he want me to remove the heating paid during the exam he said no.

The doctor would also stop in the middle of the exam and just stair at me for an extended amount of time. After the exam was over I contact the New York State insurance fund and also my workmen Comp lawyer to detail my experience. The worker for the insurance fund stated she would detail my account and forwarded it to the supervisor I was never contacted about the complaint. Months later I contacted the insurance to ask if my complaint was documented they said there was no record of the complaint.

the following week after i complained about this experience my payment was late.. Also after the exam the doctor sent stated that there was probably nothing at all wrong with my back.. Also that my injury was made up. I ask him then why is there so much pain coming from my back.

The doctor said that it was probably all in my mind. This doctor I believe is very Senile and also some type of predator. After the exam I felt objectified and unheard. The doctor never recommends any treatment or anything that could help me..

I also told the doctor I was getting very depressed due to the pain and the overall situation the doctor gave no advice. Did anyone have a similar experience.

2017. @ 11:00 a.m. Didn't see Dr. Swartz until 12:45 p.m.

What a mess. He was very rude, never examined my foot, and to busy asking personal questions to the young lady that drove me to the appointmentment.

Now my disability has been denied. Wow what a joke this man is.

Just got back from my workers compensation exam that was scheduled at 2 p.m. A three hour wait but could have been longer had a woman ahead of me decided to leave.

I was apprehensive about this doctor because his reviews were not good but he turned out to be very nice, professional, thorough and very honest. My back is killing me from the long wait and the exam but I am keeping my fingers crossed that the report will be good.

I told him to check about my results at emergency i been told i have to sent to him mysekf

This person sent a report to AMERIPRISE Insurance(Costco)saying I could have returned to work 2 weeks after I was rear ended at 65MPH. I suffered concussion, whiplash and various back issue.

Ameriprise apparently has on payroll to disallow claims.

I have been getting the run around for 13 months fromdate of my physicians report telling of my injuries and ongoing pain. They (Ameriprise) have gotten this guy to write a report full of holes and false information to deny my lost wages claim, after 13 months.

Lets be very clear hear he wrote a report as if I have been to his office. Never seen the guy and until an internet search I found he looks male rather than female as I first assumed by his name.

He is in california and I am Utah. I havent been to California since 2008.

I do not have lower back pain my c5 c6 c 7 disk show injury workmanship comp made me do a nirve conduction study and in there findings it was damage to an injury to my neck had an mri directed by workmanship comp the Mir shows damage I didn't even know had 6 surgery so prior to fix now I need second opinion ? All Drs are workers comp and have had 6 surgerys to fix b cause of this one surgery I'm going n question duh if they would have fixed this i wouldn't be I question thinking its a scam and this dr is a sell out and that's why he gets payed I hope he dies soon

I was sent to this "quack" for a second opinion. A doctor (for him I use the word loosely) vows to do no harm.

I injured my arm and was on light duty. My doctors said I could be released to full duty soon. Dr. Swartz said I would never get any better (LIE).

He said that I had a history of kidney problems (LIE). He said "You are just a 5 foot 120 something little thing. You shouldn't be lifting heavy things" THAT IS NOT A DIAGNOSIS but an opinion of an old man with old ideas. As a result I have been put on LWOP while I try to fight this.

What a joke. A "hired gun" to do their dirty work.

Now, after nine years of faithful service and hard work I can't pay my rent! F---YOU VERY MUCH!!
