Resolved: 3 months waiting for missing parcel
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.
after 3 months and 3 weeks 4 days dpd local online has finally agreed to settle my claim and paid 250.00 the full value of the loss of materials i sent my customer not the invoice value i was charging her i made the goods for the equivalent of nothing for them to loose . im a business trying to make a profit.i had to remake these items pay staff to do so no compensation for my time and stress in dealing with this matterthank you but i will never use them again and certainly would not recommend them.i am out of pocket my time i easily have waisted 10 hours sending emails, documents complaints to this company and t15 plus of phone calls trying to sort this out.my advice if there is no direct phone line to customer service who can deal with a problem dont use a company. lesson learned
