Hello, I have been coming to Downstream Casino for years, and I am there weekly. I was wondering why I never receive free plays or mailings.
I know several people who never even go to Downstream yet they still receive monthly mailers and receive free play as well as free rooms. Please help me to set it up where I will start earning free play and rooms, and please make it where I start getting flyers in the mail at 104 E. 22nd Street, Galena, KS 66739. I have never received a flyer.
I wish you could give me enough free play to make up for always being left out.

I am going to venture a guess that they are offering people freebies to get their business. They've already got your business, so they figure they don't need to "lure you in". Just a guess.
Agree. I hate to break it to OP but he’s on a list. The one that is shared by casinos of repeat guests that they anticipate will always return.
