Downey Nissan - Customer Care Review from San Bernardino, California

Ricky Avelar from Nissan of Downey, I am really disappointed in your lack of customer service and the time frame you provide to get back at your future customers.  I spoke originally to Blanca from sales and she seemed excited in wanting to help my family and myself. She advised that she would forward this deal to someone that would help us. After waiting hours and leaving you messages to call back to advise whether or not this deal would go through, I was advised by your receptionist that you were gone for the day. Great. So after hours, and an application hanging in midair.. no one there was aware of who we were and what we were waiting for. After waiting for you, a Manager of such a big corporation, to call us back to give us a simple yes or no. Nothing. No results.No call. And.. not just did we not get a call.  We were treated with the utmost disrespect from the receptionist in the evening and the Indian accent speaking sales representative who picked up the call and surely let us know that we were not of importance to him nor Nissan. He first didn't want to help us as he said we are not his current customers so why would he help??!!!  Wow.! I asked him for his name and the name if the receptionist and he concluded with why should I give you our names since your going to complain. I told him why would I want to be customers of yours if that's the kind of service you provide. No remorse to his actions he ended the call. I understand we may not be quality customers with immaculate credit. But, we are human beings and possible customers. We were driven to go to you after watching a commercial advising that you help EVERYONE. No credit, bad credit, etc. I can't imagine the owner of your facility to be aware of what kind of people represent his business and be okay with it.  I will be forwarding this email to corporate, yelp, fb, and any media available to the "customer".  I believe that just this email to you alone will not correct the bad taste you have left on us. Word of mouth can be very distructive to any business.
