I have attempted to contact their customer service through message, through email, and over the phone to no avail. I am wanting a full refund.
I was definitely given false advertisement when I signed up for the membership.
I immediately canceled the membership, and now I'm requesting a refund. This was April 9th, and here we are April 29th, and I still haven't heard a word from them!

Hi, well I purchased premium expecting through all I've done since getting Dovley that my credit score was going up 30 something points. Instead, it's gone down to 4, from 524.
It seems that every address on every credit bureau is incorrect. I also logged in and it seems like it's frozen. Anything I click on, no action. I don't know what's going on but I'm so frustrated and worried now.
I believe it said if I got the premium my score could go up maybe 47 points. I'm not sure what it said but it was something like that now it's down to four. It won't let me change the addresses I tried on Experian and without exaggeration I tried at least 20 times and it would not accept my info. I even did an ID verification over the phone to no avail.
Please help me haha. Thank you for your time.
Customer Service is the worst
First of all I've been waiting months for support to fix my account. I can sign in but everything greyed out, can't see or do anything in there.
No updates on account in over 6 months
Don't answer phones, and customer service sucks

I was told I needed to take action with a letter to credit bureau. Upon inception of our work I was not informed properly.

I spoke with Marnie and it was explained that Dept of education and the bureaus needed additional set of paperwork from me to get results.
I was very clear about this at onset of my relationship with Dovly. The rep I spoke with then did not give me the proper solution.
The paperwork was mailed certified Friday. So perhaps the last call will bear fruit

Credit lowered because Dovly payment would not post and no customer service agents ever available to help resolve.
I tried over and over to pay my subscription fee. Upon calling Dovly customer service, each time I was greeted with a bot saying no agents were available to take my call, try back later.
The last time I tried paying, Dovly would not accept payment again, this time because I had to wait for the statement to generate. An hour later CK notified me that my credit scores dropped 39 points! Im trying to buy my first house.
Because of Dovly, I cannot. Someone HAS to do something.

I could not pay my fees or get through to customer service and now theyve reported me 30 days late, lowering my score! I cannot purchase my first house because of this. I dont know how many FCRA laws they have broken but I will absolutely find out.
