Unnaproved $ charge /refund quested
Incorrectly charged on 5/16/24 - $5494. I have spoken to numerous individuals and sent many emails to support.
Two months later, there is still no refund. I keep being told that it will be expedited and that there will be a response within 24 hours, which has yet to happen.
I received an email that stated a refund was given for the full amount, which was almost $2k less than what was charged on June 4th, even that did not happen. I filed a dispute with the Credit Card company and they are not even getting a response.
