Verified ReviewerThey are ripping people off with false advertising.
They refused to give a refund of more than five dollars even though they sent me the wrong item. They also stated that they do not charge for shipping other than the original shipping charge but their email to me state how expensive it would be for me to return the wrong item.
This is a new online company out of China. I ordered a kitchen organizer pictured below for $29.98.
I waited a month for the organizer and when it was received it was a tiny green basket that doesnt even hold a banana (see picture).
I have written several complaints to their customer service area and all I have received are automatic responses saying that they will
refund me $5. There are many other similar complaints on their Facebook page.
