Good Quality and Service
My sister bought canvas art from them while ago and she was very happy with the quality and service. Based on my sister’s recommendation, I bought Groupons from Double Wings Art and picked up my canvases from them this weekend which are so beautiful. They did them in two weeks with such good quality. I will recommend to everyone. I Just notice that they are awarded “best of Toronto” by Groupon and I will buy more .
When I saw some reviews for Double Wings Art which trouble me with my experience at least. I feel I have to have my fair review for Double Wings, and some time I feel people are so bias. Trust yourself ......

Poor service and discredible merchant
Save yourself the money and do not purchase canvas art from them. Their service was very unprofessional.
I sent them an email on Dec 10th saying I would like to submit my file by email and not in person. They were fine with that. No confirmation was given to me though. Over 10 weeks passed and I followed up with them since I had ordered another canvas from Gallery Art in Vaughan and it was completed within 7 weeks.
I gave Eric a call, the one who responded to my initial email. No one answered so I left a message for him to call me back. He didn't call back. I called again 3 days later and he said it was ready and to come pick it up.
When I picked it up. I had to pay HST of $15.10 on it. I paid $29 for the canvas, most groupons I have used only charge HST on the already discounted price and besides that, the groupon value is $100, 13% of $100 is not $15.10. I was so turned off, I didn't even bother to argue with them.
If you use Gallery Art, their prices are so much better, and once you redeem your groupon, the hst charged is on the discounted price. I'm am spreading this review around in hopes that no one uses Double Wings Art.

Very good experience
I bought a Groupon while ago and forgot about it. I received the email from Groupon that my groupon was expired soon when I was on vacation during Christmas. I called the merchant and went to the shop with expired voucher which was honored full amount. I am honest to say that the complaints here are false because the amount did not add up. They bought Groupon for $29 and claim they lost for $450 or $100.
If I was mislead by these complaint, I might not have the valued service.
I do not trust the people who complain over here and I suspect their motive. I hope everyone is happy and positive.

Not offering the deal from Groupon
Being skeptical about the whole deal ($69 for $240value) from Groupon. I first went to the merchant to receive a quote on a framing.
After the quote, I mentioned that I would be using the offer from Groupon and he says that the quote he gave was already reduced price. Then what is the price for Groupon voucher customers? That shows that they are marking up the price for Groupon customers to make up the lost profit. Stay away from this store if you are using Groupon.

DO NOT GO TO THIS MERCHANT THROUGH GROUPON OR DIRECTLY. HE IS A RIPP OFF.
HE TOOK MY GROUPON AND REDEEEMED IT WITHOUT EVEN FINDING OUT WHY I AM THERE AND WHAT KIND OF SERVICE I NEEDED. HE THEN SAID DO NOT WORRY AND TRIED TO MIX THE GROUPON VOUCHER WITH SOME KIND OF BIGGER DEAL SO I AM HOOKED ON HIS SERVICES. HE MIS-REPRESENTS EVERYTHING AND SPEAKS WITH A HEAVY ACCENT WHICH I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND. I THINK HE IS KOREAN.

I have bought 6 of these canvas prints through Amazon Daily Deals @ $35.00 and have had know other hidden cost. The pictures were stunning in color and clarity.
My wife and I have been totally satisfied. Even when I sent in pictures of less quality they have informed me and were patient in waiting for better pictures to be sent. I feel that D.
W. has always treated us with professional and curtious respect!

**Review Update**
After posting my reviews on several sites and informing Groupon about the situation, I actually received responses from this merchant. I will not go into too much detail.
Basically, they informed me that this extra cost was an additional $10 due to editing the image to fit the canvas, so $10+hst+hst on the $29 voucher. It would have been fine if they told me but they never did. The merchant said they called me to tell me and I told them I never gave them my number, then they said I called them and that's when they told me. The only time I called them was to inquire about the status of the canvas and that's when they told me it was ready for pick up.
No other information was relayed to me. All other communication was done through email. They would like me to remove my review, but my review still stands as it is based on my experience. The product itself was fine, but my experience was not.
If all reviews were good reviews, what would be the point of reviews right?
