- - The customer waited for a cone at Dairy Cheer in Pikeville.
- - Staff yelled, the customer felt unsafe, two sales were lost, and GM names were requested.
I did not get the workers name. But I was standing for a few minutes waiting to be waited on at the double kwick that has the dairy cheer in with it at 3307 east shelbiana rd.
Pikeville ky I waited for a few minutes just wanting a cone. I said "hello" then she popped around corner and I asked if they were taking orders still she SCREAMED AT ME "EXCUSE ME" SHE SAID. I WAS THROWN OFF AT HER ATTITUDE BECAUSE I DIDNT NO I SAID ANYTHING OUT OF THE WAY. I ASKED IF THEY WERE STILL TAKING ORDERS BECAUSE IT WAS AROUND 830 PM.
and her husband also walked in and she told him I "cocked" a attitude first so he started also yelling at me saying things to me while she to was also yelling at me. At that point I felt I was going to be physically attacked. All for asking if they were still taking orders. This has not been the first incident with this worker as I overlook things because I don't no anything about her life.
But tonight I felt embarrassed and scared for my own safety for asking a question. There were 2 sale losses because of the incident. I preceded to check out my gas from the main register and asked the man working about the GM NAMES so I can call and make a complaint. We'll her husband heard me ask and he walked over to the dairy cheer side and told her what I asked for she then started yelling to were I could hear her talking about me.
Screaming at the point. I absolutely did nothing wrong but ask a customer related question as I stood there for a few minutes with out assistance.
I stepped over one step from the register and told her I did nothing wrong but ask a question and the worker then started ushering me out the door for me to stop agging it on. At this point I felt that everything I experienced is going to be over looked and im trying to prevent anything bad happening to a person over this lady and her husband who over reacted to a customer (myself) for just simply asking a basic question.
