Refund on Subscription
I canceled my subscription months ago and they took $39 from my bank account. I thought my subscription was canceled already.
This pissed me off. I'm highly disappointed with Dossier.

I canceled the subscription months ago. Why was money taken from my bank account for a subscription that's supposed to have been canceled? I'm pissed about this.

Dossier US, I just wanted to buy perfume for my wife for Christmas, but these scammers threw me into a paying subscription charging my card another $42.69! I contacted them early Jan when the charged showed up by email (no phone number) and explained I didn't ask for a subscription and they removed the charge.
Feb 2nd the same damn thing another $42.69 charge and they obviously haven't removed me from their data base.
Subscription SCAM! TAKE ME OFF IT!

Credits for Jan and Feb issued after my request for credit and cancelling.
