Late Perishable Product

Paid $10.99 in shipping. Perishable item was shipped 1 day before it was supposed to be delivered.
It ended up being delayed and delivered 3 days late and was supposed to be a birthday gift. DLM didnt even respond to attempt to fix the issue.
