On May 12, 2023 I ordered a Premium Dorm Room package in Lavender, order # W 333********, which is a 35 piece set. I paid $489.00 by PayPal. Today I received a package with order #SO105**** delivered by UPS. There were 15 items included and the other items I ordered were not delivered. I tried chatting with someone on your website, with no results.
