So bad it's not funny
If you are interested in having a company take your stuff, damage it, steal some of it, not return it on time or in acceptable condition, Dorm 2 Dorm is your answer. This company is a dumpster fire.
The owner, Jonathan Hotchandani, has found a way to take customer service and responsibility to a new low. Just put your stuff out on the street instead of using these dolts. Chances are some of the items will still be on the street when you return months later - in better condition than if you let this band of idiots store your stuff.
Did I mention they suck? Avoid at all costs.
