I purchased one of their thermometers. Its brand new, opened it and its not working I would like it replaced.

I had a front wheel Spindle issue the plastic broke from the axle itself . Gary from service department was very very helpful he resolved the issue immediately great person very very impressionable thank you so much. Great product

The middle leg was not too strong from the start and its broken now. The chesterfield velvet couch isnt even used much.

I purchase a stroller in January 2021. Item fell apart within 2 months after I started using it the strollerroller makes all kind of noises is embarrassing waining in quiet places.

The sun covers on the car seat fell within it in a week from the side. In general if you can afford to spend a few dollars more on something with better reviews and you know if a better quality, please do it.

Btw I got a replacement and I been having the same issues with the replacement.

I see a lot complaints on here about how Vital Chek was not in touch or is a bad company. I want to squash those rumours and say that if you are patient and calm you will understand that things happen.

I ordered my divorce certificate on January 8, it was submitted to the vitals records of the state that I lived I had my divorce in. The website says 7-10 business days just to process and then you have to add the possible shipping times. People assume that when something says expedited that its going to be their order that gets pushed into the front spot and that's a no go. I live in New Zealand and I just got my order on the 29th of January.

The only thing that I did was call the actual vital records place and asked if they received my actual order.

They will be the ones that actual do everything not Vital Chek. If you have any questions call the place where you are getting your records from with the order number from Vital Chek and they may assist you more.
