The headboard was easy to put together. I could have put it together with my eyes closed.
Not the most high quality of a headboard, but it serves my purpose. Would I recommend this product to a friend. I would let them see it first. Now if you are purchasing it for children, I would not get it because if they are playing on the bed they would probably break the headboard.

I purchased a Dorel Home Furnishings Murphy Bed through Wayfair on June 9th, 2023 in the color Espresso for $1,040. The wrong color (Gray Oak) was delivered to me on June 21st, 2023.
When I purchased the product on June 9th, the Espresso was $200 more expensive than the Gray Oak that I incorrectly received. I discovered the issue when I unpacked the boxes on June 23rd, 2023, and I contacted Wayfair for support. Wayfair directed me to Dorel Home Furnishings to resolve the issue. Dorel Home Furnishings did not respond to my email, so Wayfair took it upon themselves to process my refund.
Dorel Home Furnishings has still not responded to my email, but they shipped a new box to me. Because I needed my product before July 1st, 2023, I decided to keep the wrong color product. Dorel Home Furnishings would have learned this if they had responded to my initial email. I am writing this complaint because I feel it is a scam that Dorel Home Furnishings is selling a product for $200 more than the product they ultimately ship to the buyer then fail to respond to the customer.
I am now told Dorel Home Furnishings will not process my refund until I take time off work to wait at home for delivery of a product I no longer want or need.
Fortunately, Wayfair is stepping up to address my issue and process a refund on their end. Unfortunately, Dorel Home Furnishings is still able to continue to get away with bad business practices.

Preferred solution: Wayfair has resolved my issue and processed my refund. I want to raise awareness to other consumers that purchasing directly from Dorel could lead to a scam.

The bunkbed is defective in the ladder part and won't attach to the bed because it is bent and folded instead of being flat to connect this is such a inconvenience I ordered because I needed it for foster kids and this has been more of a headache then anything some other parts were bent also but I am not to worried about that I just need this fixed.i don't have time to send back and wait for a new item as Walmart suggested.

I purchased an item from your company through Amazon, a couple hours after the purchase before shipment was completed a refund was requested. Amazon requested a refund as well as I requested 5 to 7 times of refunding this item.
A shipping label has been made but product has not been given to UPS as of yet this shipment will be denied Upon destination. Please cancel order as shipping item will just waste your resources and money. UPS tracking 1Z3W9E0620********.
This is unethical to send an order when you were able to cancel it through Amazon before shipping. This was done several times.

My purchase was through Home Depot - no issues with them. Tried to buy a replacement piece and could not find them on the web.
Had to call Home Depot (which acknowledged this company's customer service number is next to impossible to find online) to get contact info. Asked for a replacement piece and was informed that I was lying about damage.
Asked to buy a piece, and was told that they only have enough stock on hand for replacements (which of course, they accused me of lying about). Wouldn't expect anything from this company and would recommend you buy from a manufacturer that can stand behind its product.

I purchase this set of tables at Ollies of Augusta, Georgia today because I like the display. Upon assembly one of the holes had a piece of metal in the hole which caused the screw got stripped and I had to modify in order to complete the setup. I think you should know so that the holes are closely inspected and no interfering upon inserting screws.

Missing part
I bought nine cabinet kits and is doing the 5th right. This one is missing a cam bolt, #A22610. I need it right away to put this one together.??
