I WOULD NOT USE MATTRESS FIRM EITHER. ANOTHER POOR COMPANY.
We were contacted to board up a broken window at Mattress Firm in Terre Haute Indiana. We were instructed to have the manager sign the completion form, get photographs, etc.
We complied but never got paid for the services rendered. We have contacted them by numerous phone calls, letters and contacted Mattress Firm at the headquarters and neither company responds.

Refuses to pay
Completed a job for them in December of 2021. For the most part, they don't return messages or emails.
The few times I did receive a response, payment was promised and of course never sent. Pathetic!

After negotiating the price down, service was provided on July 15th 2022.

Victor promised that his supervisor would call with a payment. I heard this 5 times.
Victor texted me a week later and informed me that he no longer works for the company. Emails go unanswered.
An invoice was sent USPS, and was returned. "Undeliverable".

this company has not contacted us regarding their open invoice. they refused to answer calls and emails.
They have stopped communication with us
They did state they would call on april 29th to pay by credit card, and they again asked me on june 17th how i would like to be paid i replied and said by credit card. I have not heard anything else. I would like to close this invoice and move on with our current work load.
When calling this company 50% of the time, their voicemail box is full, they have poor communication.
Get everything in writing to make sure everyone is in agreement on how they do business. The initial contact with this company, the person i spoke to, left out a lot of important information that we needed to know and it left us now is the situation where we are chasing a company to pay their open invoice.
