Payment issue

They do not have anyone for you to speak with over the phone for customer service if you are a tenant. You have to log in and message with a representative. Payment taken out of my bank account and a text was received thanking for payment. Two days later I received another text advising payment was due. Landlord advised they flagged the payment and a refund would be given. Ten business days have past and no refund to my account. Awful. Wheres the refund? Pay all my bills with the account big and small. Never had an issue. Would not recommend. Creating issues that should have never occurred.
