Can’t sign in to my account

Made an account. Got into it once. I had to factory reset my phone (not sure if that matters) then after I couldnt get my account to register.

Call for cancellation

I tried to cancel my subscription but was transferred multiple times, still to no avail. I was told I would be contacted by someone from a specific department to handle the cancellation, but I was never contacted. At this point, I just want my subscription canceled.

I am an on-site manager and one of my tenants are having a problem with their account. We called the Property Management company.

They said they can't help.

The tenant has to get in her own door loop. Well she doesn't know how that's the problem, so I'm trying to contact somebody and I can't seem to talk to anybody on the phone.

Payment issue

They do not have anyone for you to speak with over the phone for customer service if you are a tenant. You have to log in and message with a representative.

Payment taken out of my bank account and a text was received thanking for payment. Two days later I received another text advising payment was due. Landlord advised they flagged the payment and a refund would be given. Ten business days have past and no refund to my account.

Awful. Wheres the refund? Pay all my bills with the account big and small. Never had an issue.

Would not recommend. Creating issues that should have never occurred.
