No communication after order and numerous message not answered on FB messenger
Order placed on 1/14/21. There has been no communication after my order via email or replies to messages I have sent on FB messenger.
But, they took my money.
Tracked order on their website and it says processing, which is to be expected since it was such a recent order. But, to not email an order confirmation and not reply to the numerous FB messages I have sent it not acceptable.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution
User's recommendation: Be aware!!! This company may be a scam!!!

I have had a very similar experience as Julia T except I did receive the bra. I sent an email wanting to exchange (since this is what the "return policy" states on donydeals.com) the bra, with no response.
Sent another email 3 days later, no response. It is quite odd that this so called company does not list a phone number. The quality of the bra is not very good, the no communication disturbs me more than anything. Something is not right about this donydeals.com.
I would highly advise not to order anything from them.
You'd be better off rolling down your car window as you are driving and throwing the money out the window. It would make someone happy and you wouldn't expect anything in return.
