Worst experience with a plumber in Florida I ever had. Do yourself a favor,,,,find another one to hire
Bob does not value his customers time as much as he values his own, he has never arrived on time and as much as not arriving at all. He wired a timer on a hot water heat that never worked.
I told him about it and he never returned to fix it. I therefore had to hire an electrician to fix his mistake. He (Bob) did my backwash water system into the yard, approx 3 weeks later my garage flooded due to improper drainage.
When I called him and told him the problems he caused, he chose to curse at me and hang up....wow what customer service... He should not be in any business that requires doing business with the public,,,,,
