Need to have donor's name sent with donation to stripe

We are a 501c3 nonprofit in Frederick MD supporting a local library. Our website allows a new member to make a "donation" as you call it.
Actually it's a new member fee from our point of view. We see the transaction on our gmail with name and amount (before fees). It then appears 2-3 days later on our checking account (after fees) from Stripe. Unfortunately, the donor's name does not appear associated with the specific donation.
that's our problem.
Sometimes we get multiple new memberships in a short time 3 or 4 days, and we cannot know the specific donor's name. Is there a way that the donor's name can be associated with the donation we see coming through from Stripe??

I had to go through donorbox to donate monthly to a charity close to my heart. Since that time, my email was hacked, and I have no ability to get into that account to stop the funding.
Nobody answers the phone at donorbox. Its always busy. I need to cancel this donation and have no way to get a hold of them.
The charity says it doesnt have an ability to get into that account either. What am I supposed to do?

501(c)(3) nonprofit charity has quick tech question -- but was informed there is no phone support. Donorbox customer since 2019. Not happy.

I have been unable to stop my donation, you make it very easy to start impossible to stop and you dont provide a phone number because you know elderly people find your process difficult.
