This is the worst company and the worst people to deal with. I bought a DDP-90 piano and it broke six months after I purchased it.

I reached out to Donner since it was under manufacturer warranty. They initially communicated to look into the issue. However, it was later confirmed that the issue could not be fixed. They said they would refund my money directly to my credit card, but after 20 days, I followed up on the refund and was told that the refund would be in the form of a check.

I waited another 20 days and followed up again. This time, they said it would be sent to my PayPal account. Now I am waiting. It's been 10 days and I'm trying to reach out to them, but they have stopped responding.

So, essentially, I won't get my money back. I would never recommend them to anyone.

So I called UPS packaged was supposed to be delivered today and they said it was damaged in transit and they put in a claim Are you sending a replacement? can you expedite it Order # SP100********

User's recommendation: Customer service is non existent Never receive emails back for my non received item.No options to reach them except email which they do not monitor
